What to Expect

When you visit our hearing clinic for your hearing healthcare, you will always receive the highest level of care. We pride ourselves on treating our patients like family, and no matter which of our locations you visit, you’ll always receive the best care possible.

Your first appointment will begin with a conversation to get to know you better. We will go over your paperwork and ask you some questions about your hearing needs, lifestyle, and goals.

We will perform an ear exam by using an otoscope to look at the inside of your ear at the ear canal and eardrum. If you have earwax that is affecting your hearing we can remove it in our office without the need to reschedule your visit.

Once we’ve determined your ears look healthy, then we can begin the hearing test. We will perform a series of diagnostic tests to assess your ability to hear sounds and speech.

We will go over the results of your hearing evaluation, called an “audiogram”, with you and recommend a suitable management option based on your lifestyle, unique degree of hearing loss, and financial situation. You and your audiologist will build your treatment plan together to help you achieve all your hearing goals.

Amherst Office

Directions:

The Amherst office is located on Main Street in the Snyder Commons building in the Village of Snyder. The office is near Harlem Road and the building shares the driveway entrance with Spot Coffee.

This office is conveniently located just a few minutes from the I-90 and I-290 using the Main Street exit.

Williamsville Office

Directions:

The Williamsville office is on Wehrle Drive and is diagonally across from the Wehrle Golf Dome near Transit Ave. We are conveniently located just off Transit Road and a few minutes from the I-90 Depew exit.

Orchard Park Office

Directions:

Located on North Buffalo Street, the office is just behind the Corto Salon and across the street from the former Orchard Fresh Market. It is also minutes from the 219, Milestrip Road and Southwestern Boulevard.

Tonawanda Office

Directions:

The Tonawanda office is located on Sheridan Drive near Parker Boulevard. The office is next door to Mavis Tire and diagonally across the street from Speedway Gas Station. We are conveniently located on Sheridan Drive just a few minutes from the I-290, using either the Colvin Blvd or Niagara Falls Blvd exits.
