Nicole L. Ball, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology / Clinical Director
Dr. Nicole Ball is a Western New York native, born and raised in the Town of Tonawanda. Her interest in audiology began at a young age due to frequent childhood ear infections and conductive hearing loss resulting in middle ear surgery as a teenager. Her current experience as a binaural hearing aid user allows her to sincerely relate to her patients as they move through their journey to better hearing.
Dr. Ball received her undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Binghamton where she received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature/Linguistics, graduating cum laude. Dr. Ball further honed her multilingual skills while studying in the international student’s program at the University of Costa Rica. She went on to graduate with highest honors from the Doctor of Audiology program at Nova Southeastern University. After receiving her Doctorate in Audiology, she spent several years working in one of the country’s largest Ear, Nose, Throat and Audiology practices where she was exposed to innovative diagnostic and treatment methods for managing hearing, tinnitus, hyperacusis and vestibular (balance/dizziness) patients.
Dr. Ball believes that learning is a lifelong process and refers to current research to provide patient care driven by evidence-based outcomes. She is committed to following best practices, including verification and validation measurements to ensure the most optimal hearing aid fitting for each patient.
Dr. Ball resides in Williamsville with her husband, twin sons and daughter.
