Kristina M. Jackson, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology / Amherst Site Lead

Dr. Jackson has been with Hearing Evaluation Services since 1998. Prior to her current position, Dr. Jackson was employed at Niagara Peninsula Rehabilitation Centre in St. Catharines Ontario where she worked with both pediatric and adult populations. She is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the University at Buffalo and frequently mentors doctoral level students studying audiology.

Dr. Jackson has extensive experience fitting amplification and keeps current on the latest trends in hearing aid technology. Dr. Jackson is also a licensed provider of Lyric – the 100% invisible hearing device. Dr. Jackson believes that the frequent advancements in hearing aid technology allows us to overcome new challenges faced by different types of hearing loss. This makes audiology a very rewarding field for Dr. Jackson.

She obtained both her B.A. in Communication Disorders and Sciences and her M.A. in Audiology from the University of Buffalo. She later obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University in Pennsylvania in 2008 when the profession expanded its scope and went from a Masters-level to a Doctoral-level degree. She is an active member of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce’s Professional Network.

Dr. Jackson sees patients at our Amherst location. She resides in Clarence with her husband and has four children.
