Nicole L. Ball, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology / Clinical Director

As an allied healthcare professional, Dr. Ball acknowledges the unique complexities of the human condition and strives to treat every patient as an individual. Dr. Ball understands the quality-of-life issues that stem from audiological conditions and it is from that knowledge that she counsels every patient with great empathy. 

Prior to joining Hearing Evaluation Services in 2012, she interned and was hired on as an audiologist at one of the largest otolaryngology/audiology practices in the country. Complementary to her diverse clinical/professional experience, Dr. Ball received her undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Binghamton where she received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature/Linguistics, graduating cum laude. Dr. Ball further honed her multilingual skills while studying in the international student’s program at the University of Costa Rica. Dr. Ball went on to graduate with highest honors from the Doctor of Audiology program at Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Ball believes that learning is a lifelong process and refers to current research to provide patient care driven by evidence-based outcomes.

Dr. Ball resides in Tonawanda with her husband, twin sons and daughter.
